Business Hours

In CSM, Business Hours are used to drive Automation Processes and confine Target Times. Users can define numerous Business Hours based on the needs of their company (ex: You might want a regular Business Hours calendar and a separate maintenance Business Hours calendar).

CSM provides several OOTB Business Hours, designed to reflect common Business Hour time frames, including 8-5 Monday to Friday, Maintenance Window, and Only on Weekends. Use these OOTB Business Hours as-is, edit them, or create your own using the Business Hours Manager.
