Create a Queue Group

Using the Queue Group Manager, Users can create Queues Groups to meet the specific needs of their company.

Good to know:

• The Queues that you add to the group must have a Queued Object that matches the Queue Group Business Object association in order for the Queue to be added.

To create a Queue Group:

1. Open the Queue Group Manager.
2. Select a scope and subfolder (if needed).
3. Select a Business Object association.
4. Click the Create New button.
5. Define general properties:
   1. Name:

      Provide a display name to use within CSM (this property can be searched in CSM Item Managers).

   2. Description:

      Provide a description to use within CSM (this property can be searched in CSM Item Managers).

6. Click the Add button.
7. Click the Queue that you want to add to the Queue Group.

8. Click OK.

   The Queue displays in the Queue Group window.

9. Add additional Queues to the Queue Group.

10. Click OK.
