Create an Automation Process Visual Workflow Process
Use the Automation Process Visual Workflow Process Designer (accessed from within the Automation Process Editor) to create a Visual Workflow Automation Process.
To create a Visual Workflow Automation Process:
- Open the Automation Process Visual Workflow Process Designer.
- Define general properties: Start event, work hours, record limitations, execution limitations, and the abort process.
- Define events: Amount of time before the Automation Process continues to the next step and/or the event that triggers the Automation Process to move to the next step.
- Define actions: Actions that occur as a result of a time or event trigger (example: Run One-Step Action, send E-mail, etc.).
