CSM Desktop Client Knowledge Pane
Use the CSM Desktop Client Knowledge Pane to quickly access the Knowledge Sources in your Knowledge Base (ex: Knowledge Articles, Business Objects, web, etc.). The available Knowledge Sources vary depending on which Business Object is displayed in the CSM Main Pane.
By default, the Knowledge Pane is located on the right side of the main window; however you can display/hide it, collapse/pin it, and move/dock it so that you can display it when and where you want.
The system administrator decides which Knowledge Sources can be searched and the searching options. By default, the Knowledge Pane contains the following items:
