Using Translated Lookup Table Values in Search Queries

Pre-requisite: Complete the steps in Configure Localization Support for Lookup Tables.

Once you apply translations to Lookup Tables, Users can select translated values as they build search queries.

To search for translated values:

  1. Create or edit a Search Group.
  2. From the Comparison Clause list, create a Lookup Table Field. For example, within the Incident association, select the Incident.Call Source field.
  3. Select an operator, and then select the drop-down list on the right.

  4. Expand the language that contains the value you want to search for, and then select the value.
