Define the Automation Process for Business Hours

Note: This functionality is only available if you have applied the Bomgar Integration mApp™ Solution. For more information, refer to the mApp Solution Tech Notes documentation.

To define the automation process for Business Hours:

  1. In CSM Administrator, click the Automation Processes category, and then click the Business Hours task.
  2. In the Business Hours Manager, select Service Desk Hours and click Edit.
    Verify the time zone and default hours are correct.
