Define the Bomgar Menu Bar Options

Note: This functionality is only available if you have applied the Bomgar Integration mApp™ Solution. For more information, refer to the mApp Solution Tech Notes documentation.

To define the Bomgar menu bar options:

  1. In CSM Administrator, select Browser and Mobile settings category, and then the Site Manager task.
  2. Select the Portal site and click Edit.
  3. In the Properties window, click the Menu page.
  4. In the Menu tree, select Bomgar.
  5. Action: Click the Ellipses button.
  6. In the Choose Action window, select the One-Step command.
  7. In the Association drop-down, select None.
  8. Expand the Blueprint folder in the tree and select Bomgar.
  9. Select the Portal Create Session One-Step.
  10. Click OK.

  11. Display text and Help text: Leave the auto-populated defaults.
  12. Expressions:
    • Visible check box: Unselect.
    • Enabled check box: Select the check box and click the Ellipses button.
  13. In the Expression Manager, select Service Desk Open and click Ok.
  14. Security Options:
    • Visible: Select Logged-In only.
    • Right: Select (None).
    • Enabled: Select Logged-In only.
    • Right: Select (None).
  15. Publish the Blueprint.
