Mobile Pinboards
Cherwell Mobile allows you to define Pinboards for pinning items that you reference frequently so that you can easily revisit them. The pin acts like a shortcut to the associated item. You can create multiple Pinboards and pin Business Objects, searches, Dashboard Widgets, etc. For example, you can create a Pinboard for Incidents that you need to investigate and pin specific records or searches for Incidents assigned to you.

Note: Pinned items are stored locally on each device. This means that a User who saves pins on one device will not see saved pins if he logs into the application using a different device.
