View a Discussion Topic

To view a discussion in the Discussion Board:

1. On the home page, click a discussion link in the Announcements from the Service Desk section.

   The Discussion topic opens.

On the Discussion topic page, Users can:

• View the Message (a more detailed explanation of the problem/concern/announcement).
• Read the responses from other Customers and Users.
• Add a Comment.
• See who posted the discussion.
• Like the topic by clicking theLike this Discussion link to let other Customers and Users know if the discussion was helpful or informative.
