OOTB Forms
The possibility for Forms is endless. However, to get you started, CSM provides the following OOTB Forms:
- Default Regular Form for each OOTB Business Object. In some cases, multiple Regular Forms are provided. Common examples include:
- Incident.
 - Problem.
 - Change Request.
 - Knowledge Article.
 - Journal.
 - Task.
 
 - Summary and Mini-Summary Form for most Major and Supporting Objects (although not all are used).
 - Form Arrangement for each OOTB Major Object.
 - Form Views of most Major Objects for the OOTB Portal View.
