About Suppliers
A Supplier is a person or group (internal or external) that is responsible for providing a product or service to an organization based on an Operational Level Agreement (OLA) or Underpinning Contract (UC).
In CSM, Supplier is a Major Business Object. The Supplier form allows Users to view, create, track, and manage Suppliers.
Note: Supplier can be used to support Multi-Sourcing Service
Integration (MSI) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM). For more
