Open the Business Hours Manager

To open the Business Hours Manager:

1. The Business Hours Manager can be opened several ways:
   • From the CSM Administrator main window, click the Automation Processes category, and then click the Business Hours task.
   • From the Visual Workflow Process Designer when creating a Visual Workflow Process, click the Business Hours page.
   • From the Hours page of the Target Times form, click the Legal Values button .
