Knowledge Team

The OOTB Knowledge Team is called Knowledge Management. This Team is responsible for reviewing, publishing, and managing KAs. Because of their special responsibilities, members of the Knowledge Team have access to more Knowledge Article Tools. For example, members can:

• Access the Knowledge Management Dashboard.
• Edit a KA in any workflow phase. (Others Users can edit only in the New or Draft phase.)
• Approve/Deny/Abstain KAs.
• Send the KAs back for review/revision.
• Bypass the workflow statuses and go straight to Approval or Published.
• Bypass the Knowledge Article Approval Process and manually publish a KA.
• Access KA-related One-Step Actions.
