Navigate the Portal Site Discussion Board
The Portal Discussion Board (called Announcements from the Service Desk) provides a collaborative environment for Customers (either internal or external employees) to share information in real-time. As a Widget called, the Discussion Board can be customized using the Widget Manager.
On the Portal Discussion Board, Users can View a Discussion Topic.
