- Find the record you want to open, either by:
- Running a search.
- Drilling down in a record or Dashboard.
- Tap the record to open it.
- From an open record, you can:
- Drill-down into a child record: Tap the child record.
- Run
Actions/One-Step Actions against the record to update it: Tap
