View and Manually Unlock All User Locks
Users can manage (view/unlock) all records they lock using the Record Locking Manager in the CSM Desktop Client (Edit>User Locks).
To view all User locks:
- From the 
        CSM Desktop Client menu bar, click 
        Edit>User Locks. 
        
The Record Locking Manager opens, displaying a Results Grid of all records locked by you (CurrentUser).
 - Then:
 - Click Close to close the Manager.
 
To unlock all User locks:
- From the 
        CSM Desktop Client menu bar, click 
        Edit>User Locks. 
        
The Record Locking Manager opens, displaying a Results Grid all records locked by you (CurrentUser).
 - Click the Select All button to select all records.
 - Click the Unlock Selected Records button.
 - Click Close to close the Manager.
