Configuring Your iOS Device for Cherwell Mobile

Complete the following procedures to configure Cherwell Mobile on your iOS device. All procedures are completed on your iOS device.

To configure Cherwell Mobile on your iOS device:

1. Ensure that Cherwell Mobile was configured.
2. Install Cherwell Mobile on your iOS device.
3. Configure the connection from your iOS device to the CSM database.
4. Configure iOS App settings: Define location settings (including proximity settings for record mapping), Pinboards, Alerts, and Home page (Pinboards, Search, or a Mobile Dashboard).
